Christine Pearson, 94 of Ft. Branch passed Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at the Gibson General Hospital Skilled Nursing Facility. She was born November 7, 1922 in Princeton, to Daniel Decker and Ella (Lynch) Sloan. She worked as an assembler at Potter and Brumfield for 35 years. She had lived in Ft. Branch for the past 26 years moving there from Princeton where she had lived most of her life.

She is survived by a daughter, Cheryl E. Richie of Ft. Branch and a son, Michael C. Pearson of Patoka; 3 grandchildren, Mike Pearson Jr. of Indianapolis, Nathan Richie and Clint Richie of Ft. Branch; sister, Lavada Cundiff (Arlis) of Princeton; Several nieces and nephews including special niece and caregiver Tony Morrison.

She was preceded in death by parents; 3 brothers, Charles, Harry and Bill Sloan; and 2 sisters, Claire Angle and Lena Mae Schuppent.

 Funeral services will be held at the graveside, 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, 2017 at the Decker Cemetery near Patoka. Burial will follow the services. There will be no visitation.
