Christopher Leroy Mellette

Christopher Leroy Mellette, 38, of Princeton, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2018 at his home in Princeton from the result of a fire. He was born on November 29, 1979. He was a deliveryman for Richard Furniture. He lived in Princeton for several years, coming from Mt. Carmel, IL.

He is survived by his mother, Donna Mellette Bump of Princeton; 4 children, Chase Wheeler of Mt. Carmel, Hayden Mellette of Somerville, Kane R. Mellette (who has since passed away on March 7, 2018) and Cloe Jean Mellette both of Princeton; aunt, Barbara Rybachek of Mt. Carmel, IL; and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold and Louise Mellette; and his brother, Kevin D. Mellette.

Graveside Service at 12 noon (E.S.T.) Saturday, March 31, 2018 at Memorial Park Cemetery, 919 Willow St., Vincennes, In 47591, with Rev. Randall Duncan officiating. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery. Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton is assisting the family.
