Doris L. Johnson, 78 of Princeton passed away Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh.  She was born January 12, 1939 in Princeton to Henry and Hilda (Gehl) White.

She had lived in Princeton all of her life.  She was part owner and bookkeeper of Johnson Service Company for many years.  She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Princeton and enjoyed crocheting and raising flowers.

She is survived by 2 sons, Lucky Johnson (Linda) of Patoka and Michael Johnson (Latisha) of Vincennes; 2 daughters, Tina Clark (Wes) of Princeton and Dora Hathaway (Ed) of Princeton; sister, Lois Weist  of Princeton;  brother, Donnie White (Donna) of Haubstadt; 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Elmer “Woody” Johnson in 1991, and a sister Joan Reavis .

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton with Fr. Brian Emmick officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service time on Tuesday at the Colvin Funeral Home.
