Jack A. Purkiser, 61, of Francisco, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at his home. He was born on February 13, 1956 to Jack & Betty (Heinlin) Purkiser.  Jack worked for Enterprise Products for 35 years.  He started as a temp mowing grass when the company was known as Texas Eastern.  He worked his way up & became Area Supervisor.  He enjoyed golfing, fishing & his granddaughters.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Teresa; sons:  Jackie (Jennifer) & Jeremy (Misty); grandchildren:  Brianna, Kiersten & one on the way; mother Betty Purkiser; sisters:  Brenda (Dan) Donohoo, Charlet (Ron) Georges, Faye (Paul) Williamson, Laura Brummett, Danita (Bob) Cooper; several nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jackie Bruce; and a brother, Stephan.

Visitation will be from 3 until 8 PM on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at the Corn-Colvin Funeral Home in Oakland City.
