Alma Schaefer Obituary
Alma Jean Schaefer, 88, formerly of Oakland City and Ft. Branch, Indiana passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Glendale Gardens in Springfield, Missouri where she has been living for the past 6 years. She was born October 20, 1929 in Oakland City, IN to Norman and Candis (Pugh) Annis.
She is survived by her husband, Ray Schaefer of Springfield, MO; 3 children, Dan Culbertson of Springfield, MO, Cheryle Jaggers of Cottontown, TN and Melissa Brandt of Florence, TX; 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and 2 sisters, Phyllis Parker of Ft. Branch and Sharon Sisson of Venice, FL.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Steve Culbertson and 2 infant brothers.
Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at Providence Cemetery in Francisco. There will be no visitation. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery.
