Marilyn K. (Bodart) Day

Marilyn K. Day, 76 of Princeton, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2019 at the Transcendent Healthcare in Owensville. She was born January 6, 1943 in Vincennes, IN to Marcel and Helen (Decker) Bodart.

She had lived in Princeton since 1962. She had worked for the Gibson County Animal Services and had previously operated a pet store. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and she coached little girl softball for several years.

Marilyn is survived by four daughters, Lorinda Day (Rick Holding), Stephanie Eckert (Mike), Angela Pheral (Mike), and Kristen Bailey all of Princeton; 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by parents, husband, Phillip N. Day in 2003; brother, John Bodart; and granddaughter, Amanda Boyken.

Funeral services will be held at the graveside at 11 AM on Tuesday November 19, 2019 at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Princeton, with Fr. Brian Emmick officiating. Burial will follow the services.
