Mary Louise Greenwell, 77 passed away Saturday, September 21, 2019 at the Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville. She was born June 24, 1942 in Princeton, IN to John and Eliza (Powers) Brock.
She had lived in Princeton all of her life. She retired from Hurst Manufacturing in Princeton, having previously worked at the G.C. Murphy store. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She loved cooking, working jigsaw puzzles and enjoying her grandchildren.
She is survived by 6 children; Lee Anna Roll of Huntingburg, Diana Denbo (Alec) of Bandera, TX, Joedy Greenwell (Carrie) of Princeton, Greg Greenwell (Kelle) of Princeton, Mary Parker (Darrell) of Princeton, Richard Greenwell (Janet) of Ft. Branch; brother, John Brock Jr. of Florida; sister, Sue McCraw of Florida; 19 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert “Jerry” Greenwell in 2014; and a son, Robert Greenwell in 2018.
Funeral services will be held at the graveside at 3:30 pm, Friday, September 27, 2019 at the St. Joseph Cemetery in Princeton, with Fr. Brian Emmick officiating. Visitation will be from 1 until 3 pm on Friday at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, followed by a procession to the cemetery for the graveside service.
