Paula J. Eagan

Paula J. Eagan, 74, of Francisco, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville. She was born May 16, 1944 in St. Louis, MO. She was a homemaker and former factory worker and had lived in the Francisco area for the past 3 years, coming from Elberfeld. She was a member of the former No-Ruz Grotto.

Paula is survived by her children, Tina Bethe (Rich) of Spurgeon, Donald Gatewood (Jeanette) of Abingdon, MD, Teresa Cullivan (David), Johnnie Gatewood (Tracey), Shannel Whitehead all of Francisco and Misty Williams (Chris) of Princeton; a sister, Elaine Engleman (Terry) of Lawrenceville, IL; 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Irma (Sandwell) Dunkel; husband, Jack Eagan; 2 brothers, Tim and Paul; and 2 grandsons, Matthew Gatewood and Sean Whitehead.

A Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, January 7, 2019 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Father Ted Temple officiating. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. on Monday at Colvin’s.
