Becky Davidson McDaniel Obituary

Becky Davidson McDaniel, 75, of Princeton, passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper. She was born on December 23, 1949 in Princeton and is the daughter of Bill Davidson & Betty (Hulet) Davidson. She retired as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Welborn Clinic in Princeton. She was also a member of the Hillside United Methodist Church. Becky was a lifetime member of First United Methodist Church, which later became Hillside United Methodist. She was a 20-year member of Monday Evening Bible Studies at the church. She loved reading the bible, was an avid reader, loved flower gardening which she was particular about, and crafting. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Paul McDaniel of Princeton; daughters, Kelly Memmer (Marc) of Ormond Beach, Florida, Rachael Henry (Rick) of Princeton, Amy Ellis (Mitch) of Princeton, and Emily Dawson (Elliot) of Princeton; sons, Rick McDaniel (Shannon) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Andrew McDaniel (Kelly) of Princeton; grandchildren, Trevor, Trent, Tristan, Tanner, Ashley, Kyle, Lexi, Grayson, Nora, and Jonathan; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Zachary Memmer; and brother, Billy Davidson.

A memorial service will be held Friday, August 1st, 2025 at 6:00 PM at Hillside United Methodist Church in Princeton officiated by Pastor Jenny White. Friends and family will gather from 4 to 6:00 Friday at the church.

For those who wish, memorial contributions may be given to Hillside United Methodist Church located 828 Archer Road in Princeton. Envelopes will be available at the church.
