Betty L. Westerfield, 92, of Princeton, passed away at Good Samaritan Home and Rehabilitative Center in Oakland City. She was born October 11, 1927 in Princeton to the late Claude Martin and Clemma (Kitchen) Hollifield. She worked for Hansen Corporation and was the owner/operator of the Merle Norman in Princeton for about 25 years. In her free time, she enjoyed bowling, boating, and skiing. She was loved and will be missed.
Betty is survived by her grandson, Michael J. Small; daughter-in-law, Brenda Lindsey who was married to the late, James Michael Small; and a cousin, Carolyn Stuckey and husband, Terry.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 1st husband, Jack Small; 2nd husband, Loy Westerfield; and son, James Michael Small.
Private services will be held. Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Floral arrangements will be handled through Snyder’s Florist in Princeton.
