Beverly J (Buckner) Feathers

Beverly J. (Buckner) Feathers, 75, of Osgood, Indiana passed away Saturday, January 6, 2024 at Manderley Health Care Center in Osgood. She was born May 20, 1948 in Houston, Texas to the late Herman Buckner and Cornelia (Sammons) Buckner. She was a hardworking farm wife who enjoyed puzzles and spending time with family. Beverly was a mom and grandma; that was her life.

Beverly is survived by her children, Janet Feathers (Richard) of Pearl River, Louisiana, Susan Meyer (Paul) of Osgood, and Donna Reid (Darrin) of Mt. Sterling, Ohio; 13 grandchildren, Wayne Jr., Susan, Jennifer, Donnie, Maggie, Nick, Jeff, Jodi, Erica, Angel, Stella, Tristan, and Marcella; 18 great-grandchildren with 2 on the way; and 1 great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donnie Feathers on July 20, 2018; and a grandson, Christopher Bandy.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 12:30 PM Thursday, January 11, 2024 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Patoka. Interment will follow for Beverly and her husband where the Retired Military Veterans will do honors for Donnie at the graveside. Visiting hours will be held from 10 until 12:00 PM Thursday at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton.
