Billie J. (Wilkerson) Alvis

Billie J. Alvis, 79, of Princeton, passed away Friday, November 29, 2019 at River Oaks Health Campus in Princeton. She was born February 21, 1940 in Princeton to the late Dewey Hearald and Goldie Marie (Georges) Wilkerson. She was a homemaker.

Billie is survived by a sister, Beverly Clark of Princeton and a brother, George Kendle of Evansville; several nieces and nephews and also, several great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donnie Alvis in 1986.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Rev. Bart Newton officiating. Burial will follow at Columbia White Church Cemetery in Princeton. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until the hour of service on Wednesday at Colvin’s.
