Bonnie S. (Harvey) Splittorff, 55, of Hazleton, passed away March 3, 2020 at her home. She was born June 2, 1964 in Princeton to the late, Earl “Jack” Harvey and Mildred “Midge” (Church) Harvey. She married Jeffrey Splittorff in 1997 and they have celebrated 22 loving years together. Bonnie worked at TJ Max Distribution Center for 25 years and she was a natural caregiver taking care of her parents for many years. She had a big heart and always made her family her biggest priority. There will be a void in the hearts of those that are left behind to cherish her memory.
Bonita is survived by her husband, Jeff Splittorff; step-children, Kirby A. Schmahlenberger and Adam Splittorff; 2 grandchildren and one on the way; siblings, David Harvey and wife, Norma; Rick Harvey and wife, Cathy, Pam Harvey, and Danny Harvey and wife, Konni; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A funeral will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, March 6, 2020 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton officiated by Chuck Longabaugh. Burial will follow at Hazleton Community Cemetery in Hazleton. A visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until funeral service time, 3:00 PM at the funeral home Friday.
