Carol Jane (Cox) Wildt

Carol Jane Wildt, 90, of Vincennes, passed away Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Bridgepoint Health Campus in Vincennes. She was born in Owensville to the late Arlin and Rosalie (Holder) Cox on November 4, 1932 and worked as an accounting manager for Potter and Brumfield. Carol was a past member of First Baptist Church in Princeton and VFW with her husband. She was an avid antique collector and loved line dancing. She also enjoyed going on trips and going out to eat. She was a wonderful grandma and loved spending time with her grandkids. She had a big heart and took good care of everyone.

Carol is survived by her daughter, Trixie Wildt and husband, Jason of Vincennes; grandchildren, Skyler and Jake Wildt; nephews, Craig Cox, David Gilbert, Pat Gilbert, Mike Gilbert; Jerry Wildt (Patty), Michael Wildt and Pat Wildt; niece, Devonna Cox; sister-in-law, Gloria Cox; and numerous cousins and great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Vernon Wildt on August 11, 1995; siblings, Jim Cox and Cynda (Cox) Gilbert; and nephews, Jeff Cox and Larry Davis.

Private family services were held.
