Carolyn Sue Williams, 80, of Princeton, passed away Sunday, October 24, 2021 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. She was born December 6, 1940 in Oakland City to the late Estel Rusau Williams and Juanita Edith (Davis) Williams. She was a client of the Gibson County Area Rehabilitation Center for 27 years and enjoyed her work at Kentucky Fried Chicken in Princeton. She was a fun and loving person. She liked to dance and she loved being around children. Carolyn attended New Life Church of the Nazarene.
Carolyn is survived by her brothers, Emmett Williams (Sandy) of Panama City Beach, Florida and Estel Rusau Williams, Jr. of Evansville; and sister, Billie Church of Indianapolis. Several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Robert Williams; and sister, Janet Robinson.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM (CST) Friday, November 5, 2021 at Corn-Colvin Funeral Home in Oakland City. Interment will follow at Providence Cemetery in Francisco. A visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the service hour, 1:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
