Charles Tooley Obituary

Charles M. Tooley, 86, resident of The Waters in Princeton, IN, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 23, 2020 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh. He was born on April 9, 1933 in Princeton to Charles Pete and Bessie Tooley. He lived in Princeton most of his life.  He attended Olivet Nazarene University in Kankakee, IL. He served in the United States Army.  Charles had worked at Tyson Foods in Petersburg. He was a long time member of New Life Church of the Nazarene in Princeton.

He is survived by his nephews, Fred Mason and Mark Mason, both of Evansville, Stan Mason of Greenwood and Daniel Wilkinson of Hopkinsville, KY.

He is preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Ivalo Campbell Tooley in 1998; second wife, Donna Tooley in 2009; two sisters, Anna Mason and Carol Wilkinson and their spouses; several nephews and a niece.

A funeral service will be held at 12 noon Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Rev. Andrew Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Union Community Cemetery in Union. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service. Military Rites by Retired Military Veterans.
