Chester Otto Grubb, 66, formerly of Princeton, passed Friday, July 5, 2024 at the Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville. He was born in Evansville July 9, 1957 to Eugene and Anis Louella (Walker) Grubb.
Chester had worked for the A.R.C. of Gibson County, the former G.C.A.R.C., and previously for the S.I.R.S. in Boonville. He had lived in Evansville for the past 2 years moving there from Princeton. Chester had attended the former Gospel Ministry Church in Francisco. He enjoyed coloring, drawing, looking at old fashioned automobiles, and listening to country music.
He is survived by 2 sisters, Cheryl Edwards (Chris Maddox) of Owensboro, KY and Kristie Austill (Doug) of Oakland City; nieces, Sophie Edwards and Cheryl Fischer (Julleon Fischer); nephews, Bobby Edwards and Michael Edwards (Sabrina Wathen); great niece, Sophie Claire Edwards.
A funeral service for Chester will be held at the graveside 1 p.m. Saturday, December 7, 2024 at the Folsomville Cemetery in Folsomville, IN. Burial will follow the services.
