Claude White, Jr.

Claude White, Jr., 86, of Union, passed away Monday, April 27, 2020 at Transcendent Healthcare in Boonville. He was born January 22, 1934 in Montezuma, Georgia to the late Claude White, Sr. and Maci (Sizemore) White. He worked at Whirlpool in maintenance for 45 years and served as a minister for several years at Mt. Tabor Church. Claude loved being outdoors and hunting, especially for squirrels. He enjoyed being in the country and he was a devout Godly man who influenced the lives of many. He was an authority on the Bible until the very day he left this world.

Claude is survived by his son, Jerry Wayne White of Mt. Carmel, IL; sisters, Louise McGowan and Katie Blaize; granddaughter, Crystal; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Arlene Davis and Joanne Armstrong; and 4 infant brothers.

Private services will be held and interment will follow at Mt. Tabor Cemetery near Mt. Olympus.
