Cleo Louis Dishon, 92, of Princeton, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2020 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh. He was born on February 20, 1928 in Lincoln County, KY to William Louis and Marie (Johnson) Dishon. He had lived in Princeton since 1972 moving from Birdseye. He had retired from Southern Railroad as a telephone signal maintainer. He loved to fish and garden.
He is survived by his sons, Perry Dishon (Connie) of Princeton, Kendell Dishon (Lorraine) of Owensville and Kerry Dishon of Princeton; daughter, Karen Dishon of Princeton; daughter-in-law, Linda Yocum of Schnellville; brother, Robert Dishon of Danville, KY; grandchildren, Chastity Dishon, Joshua Dishon, Kelly Bieker (Chris), and Nathan Yocum; and great grandchildren, Amilia & Cam Bieker.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Jeanette Dishon; son, Roy Yocum, brother, William Dishon, Jr.; and sister, Margaret Dishon.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, October 2, 2020 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Pastor Allan Wright officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Princeton. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the hour of service on Friday at the funeral home.
