Dale “Tooler” Ray Johnson, 67, of Petersburg, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes. He was born November 7, 1957 to the late Orbie Sr. and Flossie (Clarkston) Johnson. Dale worked as a fork lift driver at Master Brands for over 33 years. He enjoyed watching Nascar and westerns, playing guitar, and was fascinated with aviation and planes.
Dale is survived by his siblings, Charlene, Gene, John, Carl (Teresa), Orbie Jr., Billy (Sherrie), and Sondra (Tracy), and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 2:30 PM Thursday, March 20, 20225 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Patoka with Pastor Gene Burkhart officiating. Interment will follow. Visiting hour will be held from 1 until 2 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton Thursday.
