Dana L. Gaston

Dana L. Gaston, 60, of Princeton passed away unexpectedly Friday, Oct, 11, 2024 at her home. She was born September 5, 1964 in Ft. Worth, Texas to Jimmie D. and Lucy (Greenwell) Gaston.

Dana lived in Princeton all of her life.  She graduated from PCHS in 1982.  She was working and was currently a Supervisor for Wabash Plastics in Evansville, where she had worked for over 30 years.  At work she was in charge of a group called the Brighter Day Foundation which raised money for the needy children at Christmas.  Dana loved to travel especially to the beach. She loved to spoil her niece and nephew and was an avid Las Vegas Aces basketball fan.

Dana is survived by her mother, Lucy Gaston of Princeton; sister, Tami Hack (Steve) of Princeton; niece, Alyssa Muckerheide (Jessica) of Evansville; nephew, Brantley Muckerheide of Princeton; and special longtime friend, Lori Barrell of Princeton.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jimmie D. Gaston.

A funeral service for Dana will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 18, 2024 at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Pastor Tony Friedman officiating.  Visitation will be from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Gibson County Animal Services.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
