Delores "Dee" L. Gough

Delores “Dee” L. Gough, 92, formerly of Princeton, passed away on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at North River Health Campus in Evansville. She was born July 8, 1928 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to the late Frank Jenich and Alleene R. (Colvin) Jenich. She moved to the Princeton area when she was 13, graduated Hazleton High School, then went on to Lockyear’s Business College to learn stenography. She enjoyed her career at Potter and Brumfield first making relays then eventually in the shipping department and retired after over 40 years in 1992. She enjoyed line dancing in the 1990’s, she enjoyed the company of her neighbors, and working in her yard. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Dee is survived by her daughter, Jeanne Winters (Chuck); three grandchildren, Charlie Winters, Natalie Winters, and Casey Winters; seven great-grandchildren, Urbyn, Cash, Salem, Blake, Meadow, Kayden, and Prezlie; brother-in-law, Keith Hurt; and nephew, Brian Hurt.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bill Gough; daughter, Janie Gough; and sister, Millie (Jenich) Hurt.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, April 5, 2021 at Shiloh Cemetery near Hazleton officiated by Father Gary Kaiser. Interment will follow.
