Dianna Kay (Wright) Taylor, 68, was called home Friday, March 6, 2026. She was born April 3, 1957 in Mt Carmel, Illinois to Clifford E. Wright and Aretta F. Wright. Dianna graduated from Wilmington High School, Wilmington, Illinois. She was a member of United Auto Workers and retiree from General Motors. Dianna liked crafting, collecting antiques and salt and pepper shakers, reading romance novels, and watching oldies on TV. She will be remembered as an intelligent and sweet woman that was quiet, but loved deeply. Dianna truly loved with her whole heart and would do anything for you. She was loved by many and is already deeply missed.
Dianna was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Roger, Darryl, and Rosetta Wright.
She is survived by her boyfriend of 35 years, Allen Bechtel; siblings, Wayne E. Wright, Susan L. Kimmons, Cynthia J. Yakima, and Sandra M. Nowman; various nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, April 25, 2026 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, IN. followed with a graveside service at Maumee Cemetery in Owensville. Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM until the service time on Saturday. Memorial donations may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
