Dixie Lee Christmas

Dixie Lee Christmas, 66, of Princeton, passed away on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at Golden Living Center-Woodlands in Newburgh. She was born on December 25, 1954 in Princeton to the late Mary and Dave Christmas. She was a lifetime area resident and a retired CNA, involved in patient care with Deaconess. Her grandchildren were her everything and she loved them dearly. She liked gardening and flowers, never met a stranger and was a friend to all who knew and loved her. She will be missed greatly.

Dixie is survived by a daughter, Laura Davis-Stiles (Adam); a son, Jason Roberts (Cheryl); 6 grandchildren, Maylyn, Jarrett, Krislyn, Kendall, Jonah and JJ; 1 great grandchild, Willow; 4 siblings, Debbie Thomas (Mike), Donna Tyree, Dale Christmas and Donald Christmas (Christi).

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Darrell and David Christmas; and a son-in-law, S. Chris Stiles.

A funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton. Visitation will be from 12 noon until the hour of service on Saturday. Due to COVID-19 mandates, social distancing is required and masks are recommended.
