Dolores June (Creedon) Thompson

Dolores June Thompson 92, of Patoka Indiana, passed away November 17, 2020 at River Oaks Health Campus in Princeton. She was born July 24,1928 in Chicago Illinois to Francis and Catherine (Odrowski) Creedon. 

She was a loving wife, mother, and sister. She was a beautician for 50+ years and was a well-known artist within the community. Her passion was making cards for loved ones and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Ralph Thompson; her sister, Karrie Creedon; and a brother, John “Jack” Creedon. 

She is survived by her two children, Jim (Lisa) Thompson and Sharon (Richard) Wallis; sister, Betty (Frank) Sullivan; brothers, Frank (Mary) Creedon, and Dennis (Susan) Creedon; grandchildren, Matthew (Lana) Wallis, Benjamin Wallis,Christopher Thompson, and Katelyn Thompson; great grandchild, McKenna Wallis; and many nephews and nieces.

Funeral services will be held at the graveside, 2:30 p.m. Saturday, November 21, 2020 at Shiloh Church Cemetery for immediate family only, with Pastor Matthew Wallis officiating.  There will be no public visitation. Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton has been entrusted with the arrangements

For the convenience of those who cannot attend, the service will be broadcast on the funeral home Facebook page. Due to COVID 19 regulations, numbers of people are limited and social distancing and masks are recommended.
