Donna J. Scott

Donna Jean Scott, 82, of Princeton, IN passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville, IN. She was born March 10, 1943 in Taylorville, IL to Lester Donald Scott and Beulah Mae “Jeanne” Brock Johnson. Donna was a member of Bethel Memorial Church in Princeton. She loved her church family and enjoyed going to bible study. Donna had a deep love for family; she would have a great time traveling to visit them from Utah,  Alabama, California, and Florida. She will be remembered for her big heart, beautiful soul, and desire to make sure others were taken care of first. Donna enjoyed expressing her artistic side by basket weaving, crocheting, making jewelry, and handmade cards. She liked spending time with friends at the Moose Lodge and the senior center. Donna was most proud of her son. She loved going to see him and spending time at the beach. Donna found so much peace sitting in the sand and watching the water.

She was preceded in death by her parents; step-father, R. B. Johnson; and brother-in-law, Bob Morgan.

Donna is survived by her son, Scott (Teresa) Cameron and sister, Suzie Morgan.

A funeral graveside service will take place 9 AM Thursday, January 8, 2026 at Atkinson Chapel Cemetery with Pastor Kevin Wilson officiating.
