Eric Lee Page, 71 of rural Princeton, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2023 at the Lodge of the Wabash in Vincennes. He was born February 5, 1952 in Princeton to Leonard “Red” and Joetta (Wilderman) Page, who preceded him in death
Eric had lived in the Princeton/Francisco area all of his life. He was a 1970 graduate of P.H.S. where he played on the football team and was on the track team. He owned and operated Page Excavating and Page Farms. He was a busy man spending a lot of his time working with his backhoe and on the farm.
He is survived by his children, Cory Page (Cheri) of Princeton, Clint Page (Julie) of Francisco, Brandie Howland (Gary) of Elberfeld, and Dalton Page (Brittany) of Carterville, IL; sister, Vicki Page of Francisco; grandchildren, Rylee Holder (Tyler), Reaghan Page, Cason Page, Coltin Page, twins Josie and Jillian Page, Ryker Howland, and Carter Page; mothers of the children, Vickie Stott and Amy McConnell.
A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Friday, November 10, 2023 at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Pastor Donnie Truelock officiating. Burial will follow in the Francisco Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
