Frances Kay Stamm

Frances "Kay" Stamm, 75, of Cynthiana, passed away Friday, September 22, 2023 at Deaconess Gibson Hospital in Princeton. She was born July 28, 1948 in Princeton, daughter of the late David Earl Miller and Margaret Pearolee (Welman) Miller. Her kids and grandkids were her life.

Frances is survived by her children, Danny Humphreys (Tammy), David Humphreys (Maranda), Becky Sharp (Scott), Brent Seibert (Angie), and Shelton Seibert; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and siblings, Jack Miller (Wanda), Pat Montgomery (Ken), and Sam Miller.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Stamm.
