Gala Jane Zeigler, 83, of Green Cove Springs, Florida passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at Baptist Medical Center Clay in Fleming Island, Florida. She was born May 4, 1940 in Oil Trough, Arkansas to the late Oscar Robbins and Betty (Stringfellow) Robbins. She married Reverend Miles Zeigler and spent her time serving by his side as the minister’s wife. She also worked at Hansen Manufacturing and was a healthcare worker in home health. She was loved and will be missed.
Gala is survived by her son, Don Zeigler (Susanne); daughter-in-law, Nikki Soligberg; grandchildren, Ginny Buonpastore, Brianna Linden, Elijah Zeigler, Stephanie Wilkerson, and Timothy Brewer; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Rev. Miles Zeigler in 2019; son, Elijah Soligberg; and grandson, Jacob Soligberg.
The graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at Columbia White Church Cemetery in Princeton with burial to follow.
