Gregory Scott Mason

Gregory “Scott” Mason, 64, of Princeton, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2025 at his home with his family by his side. He was born October 6, 1960 in Princeton, IN. to the late Richard “Dick” Mason and Joyce (Reed) Mason. Scott graduated from Princeton High School and worked as a tracker for Peabody Coal. Before that, he worked at NuGas and was known to his family as a Jack-of-all-trades.  If he put his mind to it, he could do anything.   He loved flying his ultralight. Scott was adventurous at heart and competitive to his core.  He loved being with his family. He was loved dearly and will be missed beyond measure.

Scott is survived by his loving wife of 10 years, Alicia (Robb) Mason of Princeton; children, Klayton Mason (Vanessa) and Dylan Mason (Breylin); step-son, Brandon Robb; sister, Vicki Holcomb (Mike), step-sister, Peggy Mitchell Sims; several nieces and nephews; father and mother-in-law, Robbi and Nancy Robb; sisters-in-law, Kim Hall and Heather Burress (DeWayne); beloved father figure to Kourtney, Kyler, and Kalyn; cousin, Lee Reed; and his beloved fur baby, Rip.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
