Isabell Disney

Isabell Disney, 82, of Princeton, IN was called home to the Lord October 30, 2024. She was born in Otwell, IN October 17, 1942 to the late William Boyd Edrington and Lottie Elizabeth (Kelley) Edrington. Izzy graduated from Otwell High School then went on to Beautician School. She then practiced her trade at various places including Winnies in New Albany, IN. Izzy also volunteered at Robert E. Lee for many years. She was a member of First General Baptist Church in Princeton, IN. Izzy loved her church and church family with all her heart. She participated in the Celebrate Recovery at Graceland Baptist Church in New Albany and the Grief Share program at First General Baptist Church. Izzy was a dedicated Christian and was known for going to church 4 days a week. She loved working word puzzles, watching the Gaither’s on her TV, attending Sunday school, and reading her bible. Izzy is loved by so many and will be deeply missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband of 34 years, Ron Disney.

Izzy is survived by her children, Laura Wooten, Julie (Hong) Liu, Timothy Willoughby, Tony (Jolyn) Disney, and Mark (Jennifer) Disney; grandchildren, Haley Vincent, Brandon Liu, Hunter Willoughby, Alex Willoughby, Michael (Shannon) Emanuele, Alli Disney, James (Samantha) Disney, Kaesy Smetana, Christian (Elizabeth) Disney; great-great grandchildren, Chastity, Chelsea, Michael II, Kassidy, Falon, Olivia, Oaklie, Legend, Danica, Cailean, Kenny, Lorelei, Kennedie, and one on the way!

A funeral service will be held 12:00 PM Saturday, November 2, 2024 at First General Baptist Church in Princeton, IN with Pastor Brad Keenan officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday at the church from 11:00 AM until the service time.

Memorial contributions may be made to First General Baptist Church Grief Share program, envelopes will be available at the church.
