James M. Hottel

James M. Hottel, 59, of Winslow, passed away Monday, October 18, 2021 at his home. He was born January 17, 1962 in Princeton to Ralph and Loretta (Burns) Hottel. He had resided in Winslow the past 25 years moving from Ireland. He was a Maintenance Supervisor at Jasper Rubber. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding his Harley Davidson.

James is survived by his son, Jeremy Hottel (Jaimie) of Jasonville, IN; companion of the past 8 years, Lisa Reed of Winslow; grandchildren, Parker, Logan, Wyatt and Emma Hottel; sister, Anita Query of Francisco; and nephews, Calvin Cooper and Aaron Hottel.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will host a Celebration of Life on Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 11 am until 3 pm (CDT) at the Lions Club on S 2nd St. in Francisco. Colvin Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
