James "Jimbo" Mason Obituary

James “Jimbo” W. Mason, 56, of Princeton, passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville. He was born on October 21, 1964 in West Palm Beach, Florida to Minor Willard and Linda (Fourthman) Mason. He had lived in Princeton most of his life after moving from Florida. He had been an operator at Holzmeyer Die and Mold Manufacturing for 23 years. He loved to laugh and was known as a prankster. He was so loving and had a heart of gold. He would give the shirt off his back and worked very hard to make a home for his loving wife and children. Jimbo will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his wife of almost 12 years, Mary (Greenwood) Mason; children, Autumn Jackson (Charlie), Dwain Dyer (Lexi), Thomas Mason and Katie Mason; siblings, Katrina Mason, Victoria Terry (Ferren) and Laketia Parvin; grandchild, John Jackson; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and his grand fur baby, Rocky Dyer.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Regina Mason; and brothers, Denny and Joe Mason.

The family will hold a private Celebration of Life at a later date. Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton has been entrusted with the arrangements.

The family extends a special thank you to Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville for their care of Jimbo.
