Janet Sue (Holland) Drew, 83, of Princeton, passed away Monday, November 17, 2025 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh. She was born April 20, 1942 in Patoka to the late Emery Ellis Holland and Lula Florance (Cantwell) Holland and she worked for several years in housekeeping at Gibson General Hospital.
She is survived by her children, Chris Ambrose (Julie) of Princeton and Richard Ambrose of Ina, Illinois; stepchild, Jamie Drew; grandchildren, Jennifer Mitchell, Steven Mitchell, Zach Ambrose, and Toby Ambrose; great-grandchildren, Arianna and Isabella; and siblings, Nancy, Cathy, Phyllis, Harold, and Karen.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Raymond Drew that she was married to for 26 years and together for 35 years who passed away June 28, 2025; son, David Mitchell; and siblings, Martha, Robert, Joan, Greta, Bill, and Jenny.
A memorial service will be held 4 pm Monday, November 24, 2025 at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton with Pastor Mike Marsh officiating. Burial will follow in the Odd Fellows Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 until 4 pm on Monday at the funeral home.
