Juanita D. Vaught

Juanita D. Vaught, age 93, of Princeton, IN, passed away at 4:38 p.m. on September 11, 2023, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN.

Juanita was born March 31, 1930, in Fairfield, IL, to Richard and Pansey Jessop (Moore). She graduated from Fairfield High School in 1948. Was a long-standing member of the Jehovah Witnesses, loved gardening, reading, sewing, and zooming with her friends on her I-Pad.  She enjoyed fellowshipping with her friends and neighbors, and traveling to Nashville to visit her daughter. 

Juanita is survived by her daughter, Tracy Vaught (Jim Merryman); sons, Bill Vaught (Tamara) and Richard Vaught (Karen Wheeler); grandchildren, Brianne McConnell-Wilson (Joe Wilson), Logan Vaught (Rachel) and great grandchildren, Ewan Vaught, Ellie, Landry, and Hollis Reiner, Kaiden Ross, and Brooklyn Marie Beal.

Juanita is preceded in death by her parents, beloved husband of 56 years, Harold Vaught; daughter, Val-Lisa Marie Vaught; and sister, Jeannette Musgrave.

Memorial Services will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, September 16, 2023, at Colvin Funeral Home, 425 N. Main Street, Princeton.

Friends may visit from 2:00 p.m. until service time, Saturday, September 16, 2023, at Colvin Funeral Home.
