Kandy Heerdink Obituary

Kandy K. Heerdink, 72, of Princeton, IN passed away December 4, 2022 at home surrounded by her family. She was born May 15, 1950 in Princeton, IN to the late Raymond and Lois DeCoursey. Kandy worked at Hurst Manufacturing in Distributor Sales for 37 years before retiring in 2006. She enjoyed playing golf and target shooting with her husband. Kandy loved decorating the house for the fall and Christmas. She made sure the house was filled with love and Christmas spirit with decorated trees and Santa occupying each corner of the house. Kandy will be deeply missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter Katie Livermore.

Kandy is survived by her husband, Don Heerdink; daughter, Emily (Jason) Gladish; and grandson, Noah Ray Gladish.

She was laid to rest in Decker Chapel Cemetery next to her daughter Katie.
