Karen Sue (Hall) Winstead

Karen Sue Winstead, 74, of Dixon, KY passed away on Sunday, December 24th, 2023. She was born September 24, 1949 in Madisonville, KY to the late JR and Katherine Hall. Karen was a devoted farm wife, a loving mother, a doting Namaw and a very proud great Namaw.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Jerry Don Winstead of Dixon; daughters, Michele Person (Kevin) of Mount Washington and Dawn Martin (Eric) of Princeton, IN; grandchildren, Dillon Martin (Sarah) of Princeton, IN, Beth Hunt (Dakota) of Fort Branch, IN and Kara West (Noah) of Indianapolis, IN; great grandchildren, Emberlynn Reneer, Josiah Hunt and Mabel Sue Martin; and sister, Debbie Rogers (Ray) of Madisonville.

A celebration of Karen’s life, an open house to visit with family and friends, is being hosted by the family on Saturday, January 6th, 2024 from 1 to 4 pm at Hanson Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, 130 Sunset Rd., Hanson, KY 42413.

The family greatly appreciates all the love and prayers on their behalf and requests no flowers or gifts.
