Leonard M. Harbison, 88, of Princeton, passed away Monday, November 29, 2021 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh. He was born December 30, 1932 in Princeton to Alfred and Alma (Hughes) Harbison. He was a lifetime resident of Princeton and worked at Siemens, formerly Potter & Brumfield for 42 years. He was a member of Enon General Baptist Church. He loved to tinker around with things and could fix anything.
Leonard is survived by his wife of 69 years, Jerilou (Willis) Harbison to whom he was married on July 19, 1952; daughters, Terri McGraw (Dennis), Leah Fouts (Aaron) and Rachel Matthews (Shane), all of Princeton; grandchildren, Elizabeth Hutchinson (Cory), Derek McGraw (Beth), Joshua Fouts, Tori Matthews and Braden Matthews; great grandchildren, Markis & Alexandra Hutchinson and Karsyn & Koen McGraw; 3 nieces and 1 nephew.
He was preceded in death by his parents; infant son, Gregory Lane Harbison; and brother, Joseph J. Harbison.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, December 3, 2021 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton with Rev. Tammy Scheller officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Princeton. Visitation will be from noon until the hour of service at the funeral home on Friday.
