Lillie LaMar Obituary

Lillie M. LaMar, 73, of Hazleton, passed away Sunday, September 26, 2021 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh. She was born February 14, 1948 in Columbia, Kentucky to the late Toy and Mary (Cape) Helm, and had resided in Indiana most of her lifetime. Lillie was a homemaker and loved crossword puzzles, yard sales and Wheel of Fortune.

Lillie is survived by her husband of 28 years, Ray LaMar of Hazleton; 5 children, Anita Burns of Ohio, Lisa Barnes of Princeton, Johnny Gregory of Ohio, David Gregory of Ohio and Jesse Gregory of Princeton; also, 5 step-children; 24 grandchildren; 45 great grandchildren; 1 brother and 5 sisters, Robert Helm, Mary Cross, Jamie Sharp, Judy Higdon, Debbie Hall and Joan Biddle.

Visitation will be from 4 until 8 pm Wednesday, September 29, 2021 and then a Time of Sharing at 8 pm at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton.
