Linda L. (Pollard) Wallace

Linda L. Wallace, 88, of Princeton, IN and formerly of Marion, IN passed away on Monday, April 20, 2020 at River Oaks Health Campus in Princeton, IN.  She was born on October 16, 1931 in Owensville, IN to Russell P. and Dierdre (Goodson) Pollard.  She graduated from Princeton High School in 1949 and married Donald Wallace, July 18, 1953.  Linda had worked at Hansen Manufacturing before moving to Marion, IN where she worked as a bookkeeper for a car dealership and the County Highway Garage.  She was a longtime member of the Elks Lodge #195 in Marion, IN.

She is survived by her children, Tim (Brad Alwood) of Lewes, DE and Tamara Wallace of Jacksonville, FL; brother, Russell (Mary) Pollard of Ashland, MA; nephew and caregiver, Michael (Mike Watkins) Melson of Princeton, IN; honorary sister Betty McDermott of Princeton, IN; and several nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Wallace in 2017; and sister, Barbara (Pollard) Melson in 2009. 

Services will be held at a later date.  Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, IN has been entrusted with arrangements.
