Lyle liked to go fishing, hunting, play golf, run bird dogs, and spending time with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Barbara Young; brothers, Devin (Dottya) and Glenn Young; and siblings-in-law, David Tyree and Theresa Smutniak.

Lyle is survived by his children, Greg Young and Sharon (Max) Deputy; 7 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; siblings-in-law, Shirley Tyree, Marilyn Young, and Jimmy Smutniak; and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to give a special thank you to the members of the Bluegill Club for keeping Lyle an active member as long as possible; by giving rides to and from meetings and bringing him delicious fried fish when he could no longer attend. They would also like to extend a thank you to RiverOaks Health Campus and Asera Care Hospice for their compassionate care over the last several months.
