She went on to teach at Winslow Elementary School for 26 years, touching the lives of countless students before retiring. She was a faithful member of First General Baptist Church in Oakland City, where she taught Sunday School for many years. Sue also enjoyed traveling throughout the United States and abroad with her husband and friends, creating many memories along the way.

Above all, Sue treasured her family. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren meant the world to her, and she took immense pride in each of them. She cherished every visit and every opportunity to share in their lives, always offering love and support.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ray Nalley; four brothers, JR, Dallas, Donald, and Ted Lee; and one sister, Mary Elizabeth Mundy.
