Marlene Ann "Pat" (Long) Peters

Marlene Ann “Pat” Peters, 88, of Princeton, passed away with her family by her side on Monday, February 12, 2024 at her home in Princeton. She was born July 29, 1935 to the late Marvin and Hazel (Ellsworth) Long and was a homemaker and loving mother. She loved playing Mahjong and spending time with her cats, Red and Merlin.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Jerome “Jerry” Peters of Princeton; children, Kathy Wischmeier (John), Tom Peters (Manon), Margaret Peters, Robert “Bob” Peters and Marvin Peters (Jennifer); many grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Marvin Long (Helen) and Judy Tietz; and many friends from her past travels.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Susan Hemingson; and brother, Richard Long.
