Nancy Gail (Norrick) Swift

Nancy Gail Swift, 63, of Princeton, passed away Thursday, December 26, 2019 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh. She was born December 17, 1956 in Gary to parents, Joseph Norrick and Carol (McCandless) Norrick. She was married to Guy Swift for 23 years and he preceded her in death on October 20, 2014. Nancy enjoyed Elvis Presley music and anything to do with being on the beach. She loved watching the Hallmark Channel and being with her family, especially when they were babies. She was loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

Nancy is survived by her siblings, Joseph Norrick of Princeton, Diana Arroyo of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Patricia Greentree of Del City, Oklahoma, Jimmy Norrick or Fort Worth, Texas, and Anita Eytchison of Sullivan; daughter, Jennifer Joanne Ellison of Canada; and nieces and nephews, Eric, Amanda, Brad, Adam, Tori, Elijah, Autumn & Jonathan.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Chad Norrick; brother, John Michael Norrick; grandparents, Denzil and Betty McCandless; and nieces, Angel and Solana Greentree.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 3 until 4:00 PM Saturday, January 4th, 2020 at Colvin Funeral Home followed by a memorial service at 4:00 PM.
