Patty Marie Harden

Patty Marie Harden, 93, of Princeton, passed away on Friday, April 14, 2023 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh. She was born in Iona, Indiana on January 24, 1930 to the late Ira and Orpha Mae Ready. She was a graduate of Carlisle High School, class of 1948 and had lived in Princeton since 1968 coming from Carlisle and formerly worked for Hansen Mfg. Corp. in Princeton. She held memberships at Hillside United Methodist Church and the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary. Patty loved her family, flower gardening and sewing. She will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her. 

Patty is survived her four children, Greg (Brenda) Hoke of Princeton, Brad (Jenny) Hoke of Princeton, Don (April) Hoke of Fort Branch and Gina (John) Wilkinson of Oakland City; a step-son, Gary (Carol) Harden and a step-granddaughter, Michele (Mike) Sousa all of Jupiter, FL; one brother, Dale (Carol) Ready of Princeton; 12 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. 

She was preceded in death by her 1st husband, James Bailey Hoke on February 16, 1980 and her 2nd husband, Clifton F. Harden on December 22, 2008. 

The funeral service will be held at 3 pm (CDT) on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton. Visitation will be from 12 noon (CDT) until the service hour on Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will follow at the Columbia White Church Cemetery in Princeton.
