Richard L. Clem, 77, of Princeton, passed away Friday, March 29, 2024 at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville. He was born March 11, 1947 in Princeton and worked as a machinist for Engler Machine & Tool for 15 years where he enjoyed pulling tractors. He served in the United States Army Reserves during Vietnam and was a member of the American Legion Post #25, the Moose Lodge, the Evansville Gun Club, and ATV Club out of Knoxville. Richard spoke his mind and had his own way of doing things. He loved his dogs, from bird dogs to huskies, and enjoyed drag racing and skeet shooting. He was a one of a kind and will be missed.
Richard is survived by several cousins on his mom and dad’s side of the family; good friends, Jim Dougan (Missy) of Elberfeld and Wes Clark (Tina) of Princeton; and his dog, Milo
He was preceded in death his parents, Purvis Clem and Luella Mae (Tucker) Clem and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, April 4, 2024 at Owensville Cemetery in Owensville, IN officiated by Jon HarBison. Military Rites provided by the Retired Military Veterans.
