Richard S. “Scott” Grable, 64, of Princeton, passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at Good Samaritan Home and Rehabilitation Center in Oakland City. He was born September 11, 1956 in Princeton to James P. Grable and Barbara (Julian) Grable. Scott was a member of Hillside United Methodist Church in Princeton and was a past leader of the Boy Scouts of America. His greatest love was family and he especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He was dearly loved and will be missed.
Scott is survived by his wife, Janet (Douglas) Grable; mother; Barbara Grable; children, Jason Grable, Jessica Simpson (Robbie), and Amelia Grames; grandchildren, Kaitlin and Anthony; and siblings, Jodi Memmer (Tom) and Arnie Grable.
He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Jay Grable.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton with Pastor Paul Lee officiating. A visitation will be held Monday, November 16, 2020 from 5 until 8 PM at the funeral home.
