Robert "Casey" Reed

Robert “Casey” Reed, 47, of Mitchell, IN and formerly of Princeton, passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at his home. He was born in Princeton on July 23, 1977. Casey liked auto racing, especially Dale Earnhardt Sr and Jr. He traveled with Brady Amusement Company, setting up their equipment.

Casey is survived by his father, Charles E. Reed of Princeton; mother, Pam Bell (Chuck) of Florida; a daughter, Karinne Vogel of Evansville; a granddaughter, Caroline Vogel; a brother, Colby Reed of Florida; a special friend, Treva Kline of Mitchell; a sister-in-law, Jana Kenney of Texas; and also, several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Chris Reed.

A memorial service will be held at 4 pm on Saturday, August 31, 2024 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Pastor Tony Friedman officiating. Visitation will be from 2 until 4 pm Saturday at the funeral home.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Heart Association, 300 S. Riverside Plaza, Chicago, IL 60606 or at heart.org. Envelopes for this will also be available at the funeral home.
