Roberta Eberhard Obituary

Roberta Faye Eberhard, 79, of Evansville, IN was called home to the Lord Thursday, January 30, 2025. She was born November 7, 1945 in Oakland City, IN to the late Cecil H. Grubb and Anna (Jones) Grubb. Roberta was a past member of First Church of the Nazarene Church in Oakland city. She enjoyed watching TV, reading books, and being strong in her faith. Roberta was a proud homemaker who loved to care for her children and grandchildren. She is loved by many and will deeply be missed.

Roberta was preceded in death by her parents and siblings-in-law, Cork Selby, Marcia Grubb, and Martha Grubb.

She is survived by her husband, Stephen Eberhard; children, Allen Grubb, Tony Grubb (Tamica Basham), and Jasmin Faulkenberg (Summer); step-children, Christina Kempf and Steven Eberhard; grandchildren, Cory Allen Grubb, Heather Jo Esposito (Michael), Kevin Grubb, Matthew Grubb (Angel Johnson), and Gary Grubb; 16 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Shirley Selby, Cecil Grubb Jr., Michael Grubb, Barbara Hampton (Richard), and Jerry Grubb (Rhonda)

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 6:00 PM CST at Corn-Colvin Funeral Home in Oakland City. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 4:00 PM until service time.
