Roger Redden, Sr., 65, of Princeton passed away at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh. He was born February 23, 1953 in Indianapolis. He spent time in Indianapolis area until 1998 when he moved to the Princeton area.
Roger was a member of the Salvation Army Church and was a man of the Christian faith. He enjoyed drawing and cooking, watching cowboys like John Wayne, and listening to country music. He collected anything to do with eagles and he liked to refurnish things. He was the type of person that everything had its place and his family had a special place in his heart. His greatest past time was spending time with all his family. He was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
Roger is survived by his children, Thomas Ritchie, April Billings (Jimmy), Roger Redden, Jr., Jennifer Wilkerson (Jesse), and David Crumbaugh; siblings, Harry Hull (Joni), Tina Schmitt (Louie), and Rocky Redden (Rebecca); 19 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth Redden and Maybelle (Hinkle) Hull; the mother of his children, Charlotte Ritchie; children, Michael Ritchie and Amber Redden; and granddaughter, Keela Jo Ritchie.
A visitation will be held from 2 pm until 4 pm on Monday, February 11, 2019 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton. Memorial contributions in loving memory of Roger may be made to the Redden family c/o Joni Hull.
